Private Book Club & Event Rental
Looking to gather your book club somewhere warm, welcoming, and a little bit magical?
Our bookstore is available for private event rentals.
Whether you’re hosting a book discussion, bridal shower, birthday party, or another special celebration, we can accommodate up to 14 guests in an intimate, cozy space surrounded by books.
Your rental includes private after-hours shopping, plus tables and chairs—we’ll handle the basics so you can focus on good conversation, good company, and great books.
The Details:
- $50/hour*
- Table and chair set up
- Up to 14 people
- After hours shopping
- Outside food and beverage allowed
- Monday or Saturday evenings (possible Sundays, too)
*Your rental time includes your set up and clean up time. You may arrive to set up/decorate as soon as your rental time begins. Please plan to have your event end a half hour before your rental time ends, as to allow clean up time.
Example: A two-hour birthday party from 6:00pm-8:00pm would require a rental from 5:30pm-8:30pm, with your set up beginning as early as 5:30pm, and clean up starting at 8:00pm.
Balance is due in full upfront. 50% is refundable if you cancel a week or more prior to the event. Non-refundable if you cancel less than a week prior to the event. If Woven Words cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be fully refunded.
