Private Book Club & Event Rental

Looking to gather your book club somewhere warm, welcoming, and a little bit magical?

Our bookstore is available for private event rentals.

Whether you’re hosting a book discussion, bridal shower, birthday party, or another special celebration, we can accommodate up to 14 guests in an intimate, cozy space surrounded by books.

Your rental includes private after-hours shopping, plus tables and chairs—we’ll handle the basics so you can focus on good conversation, good company, and great books.

The Details:

• $30/hour*
• Table and chair set up
• Up to 14 people
• After hours shopping
• Outside food and beverage allowed
• Monday or Saturday evenings (possible Sundays, too)

*balance is due in full upfront. 50% is refundable if you cancel a week or more prior to the event. Non-refundable if you cancel less than a week prior to the event. If Woven Words cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be fully refunded.
